This package serves 12 people and includes 12 Breakfast Empanadas
- Each empanada measures 6" in length, 3.5" in width.
- Each empanada weighs 4.5 oz. – 5.5 oz.
Empanada Flavor Options Include
- 1 Apple (Sweet) – The apple empanada is filled with homemade apple filling with apricot.
- 2 Bacon & Egg – The bacon and egg empanada is filled with bacon, and egg (quiche-style).
- 2 Chorizo & Egg – The chorizo and egg empanada is filled with pork chorizo, and egg (quiche-style).
- 2 Ham & Cheese – The ham and cheese empanada is filled with deli ham, and mozzarella.
- 1 Pumpkin (Sweet) – The pumpkin empanada is filled with homemade pumpkin filling.
- 2 Sausage & Egg – The sausage and egg empanada is filled with sausage, and egg (quiche-style).

- Empanadas ship frozen with dry ice
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, empanadas may thaw
- Do NOT remove dry ice with bare hands
- Upon arrival, store in the refrigerated or freezer

To Serve
Oven Method
- Thaw overnight in the refrigerator
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Remove shrink wrap and place empanadas on a baking pan lined with parchment paper or foil
- Bake for 8-12 minutes until warm
Microwave Method
- From Thawed – Microwave on high for 30-45 seconds per empanada
- From Frozen – Microwave on high for 1 minute per empanada
