All we do is roast turkey all day long, everyday and hand carve it fresh to prepare our sandwiches and dinners. We cook your turkey fresh. Our Turkeys are brined and coated with our signature herb rub. Then we use our proprietary “steam roasted” method of cooking to roast the juiciest, tastiest turkey you have ever had.

- Upon arrival remove items from the box and place them immediately in the fridge
- Keep the turkey in the vacuum-sealed bag until ready to reheat
- May be stored in the refrigerator for 4-5 days
To Serve
Whole Turkey Breast (Oven)
- Preheat oven 350º F.
- Remove outer vacuum seal bag.
- Place on a baking sheet to catch the juices, add 1 cup water or chicken broth, cover with foil, and put in preheated 350º oven.
- Cook for about 1.5 – 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 135* F in the thickest part of the breast
- Remove from oven, cut open, oven-safe bag, and allow to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
- Slice to desired thickness.
- Serve and enjoy!
Whole or Half Turkey Breast (Oven)
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Put Turkey Breast in pan, add ½ cup of water or chicken broth cover with foil.
- Reheat for approximately 1½ – 2 hours for a Whole Breast or 1 – 1½ hours for a Half Breast until the middle part of breast reaches 135°F.
- Remove foil for last 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let sit 15 minutes before slicing.
- Slice to desired thickness.
- Serve and enjoy!
Turkey and Gravy (Stove Top)
- Open turkey pouch and slice meat to desired thickness.
- Put sliced turkey and gravy in a pot together.
- Heat on medium-low oven-top, stirring occasionally until temperature of 150° F.
- Serve and enjoy!
Add-ons (Stove Top)
- Fill the largest pot (or two) you have halfway with water and bring to boil.
- When water begins to boil add pouches to boiling water and turn heat down to low heat.
- Cook Pouches approx. 25 minutes or until internal temp of 140°F
- Carefully remove food from pots, pouches, oven,—containers will be HOT!
- Serve & Enjoy!
Green Beans & Mashed Potatoes (Microwave)
- Remove from pouch and place in microwave safe dish.
- Cover to prevent spilling, cook on high 3 minutes.
- Stir and re-cover.
- Cook 2-3 more minutes on high. Add a little milk to mashed potatoes if creamier version is desired.
- Let stand 1 minute. Containers will be HOT.
- Serve and enjoy!
Mac & Cheese, Stuffing and Cornbread (Oven)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove from pouches and place in oven safe dishes.
- Cook in oven for about 30 minutes or until internal temperature of 140°F.
- Cover Stuffing with Foil.
- Remove cornbread from pouch and warm in oven for last 5 minutes if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
