Tourists, locals, and burger lovers from around the world have made the pilgrimage to Corner Bistro over the years for a taste of this iconic half-pound burger, cooked to juicy perfection on a cast iron griddle and adorned with bacon, cheese, and all the classic toppings before being tucked into a soft potato bun – and now it’s finally shipping straight to your door!

If a quintessential New York burger joint exists, it’s Corner Bistro. A no-frills bar holding court on the corner of West 4th and Jane Streets in the heart of the West Village since 1967, Corner Bistro has been ranked at or near the top of just about every list of the best burgers in New York City since day one.

This package serves 8 people and includes everything you need to make 8 Bistro Burgers

  • 8 Martins Potato Rolls (each 2 oz.)
  • 8 Burger Patties (each 8 oz.)
  • 8 slices American Cheese
  • 16 strips Bacon
  • 8 Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 Tomato (approx. 4 oz.)
  • 1 Yellow Onion (approx. 6 oz.)
  • 2 jars Ketchup (each 2.25 oz.)
  • 2 jars Mustard (each 2.25 oz.)

  • Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator or freezer.
  • Burgers last up to 3 days in the refrigerator or up to 4 months in the freezer.
  • Store buns at room temperature for up to 3 days or up until the “best by” date.
  • Cheese, bacon, and lettuce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Tomato and onion can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days. Once sliced store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Store ketchup and mustard up until the “best by” date.

To Serve

  • Heat a cast iron pan to 400° F.
  • Place burgers on the pan and season with salt.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook until your desired level of doneness.
  • Place cheese on each burger and continue to cook until the cheese is completely melted.
  • Microwave bacon for approximately 20 seconds or heat it in the pan until sizzling.
  • Slice tomato and onion.
  • Place the burgers on buns with 2-3 slices of bacon, a slice of tomato, and a slice of onion.
  • Add ketchup and mustard to taste and top with bun.
  • Serve and enjoy!
