Special Herbs Ice Cream - 4 Pints

In 2019, Sugar Hill Creamery organized a special edition ice cream flavor series called #harlemflavoroftheweek, where they worked with Black, Harlem-based taste makers impacting culture in the African Diaspora within the neighborhood and beyond. As a contributor to this series, Interior Designer Sheila Bridges worked with Sugar Hill Creamery’s pastry team to create a black licorice flavor that stole the hearts of all the black licorice lovers out there. Usually only available for pick up from Sugar Hill Creamery’s brick and mortar stores, this limited edition flavor is now available for nationwide shipping, but only for a limited time and while supplies last.

After 15 years of living in Harlem, the husband-and-wife duo of Nick Larsen and Petrushka Bazin Larsen decided to give back to the community by opening an ice cream shop with flavors inspired by Petrushka’s Caribbean and African American culture and Nick’s Midwestern upbringing. Since opening in 2017, Sugar Hill has quickly become beloved by the locals for its wide variety of creative flavors made fresh daily using only high-quality, all-natural ingredients.
