At a speakcheesy in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village, a talented group of women in cheese gathered for a fall-inspired SAVEUR Supper. The result was a fascinating glimpse into the world of food science, an exchange of culinary knowledge, and a very real sense of how cheese can bring extraordinary people together. Also as a result, four of Roth’s beloved cellar-aged cheeses were on display inside of the beautiful menu prepared by their friends at Murray’s Cheese – Canela, Grand Cru, Buttermilk Blue, and Aged Gouda, artfully crafted by Roth’s food scientist and cheesemaker, Madeline Kuhn. A menu so stunning, in fact, that they had to create this beautiful cheese collection inspired by the women who have shaped the industry.

Proudly nestled in the rolling hills of Southern Wisconsin, Roth Cheese was a pioneer in bringing original, Alpine-style cheeses to the U.S. Today, their team of cheesemakers and supporting crew continue to craft cheese in the same way it always has from their artisan creamery in Monroe, Wisconsin, among others throughout the state of Wisconsin.

This package serves 6-8 people and includes

  • Canela Cheese (approx. 6 oz.)
  • Grand Cru® Cheese (6 oz.)
  • Buttermilk Blue Cheese (4 oz.)
  • Aged Gouda Cheese (5 oz.)
  • Cheeses ship with gel packs, gel packs may thaw in transit.
  • Expect cheese to arrive at room temperature.
  • Upon arrival please refrigerate.
  • Cheese is stable at room temperature, however, it is best stored in the refrigerator.
  • For optimum enjoyment, please enjoy your cheese within 1-2 weeks. Soft cheeses should be enjoyed sooner

To Serve

  • Remove your cheese from the refrigerator at least an hour before serving, unwrap it, and place it on a cheese board or butcher paper.
  • Cover with an inverted bowl. This allows the cheese to breathe and protect it while it comes to room temperature.
