Red Wagon Pizza was founded by the husband and wife duo of Peter and Jacquie Campbell, who spent years perfecting their pizza recipe.

Pizzas Options Include
- Gluten-Free Red Wagon Pizza: The ideal ratio of bacon to pork and garlic to onion with precise seasonings and our house-made fig balsamic.
- Gluten Free Carl the Cuban: Chef Carl Ruiz was a dear friend and mentor to Red Wagon Pizza’s founder, Peter Campbell. Carl “The Cuban” was the inspiration behind the flavor profile of this beloved pizza, which is topped with 12-hour citrus cuban pork & shaved ham over house cheese, finished with dill pickles and mayo-mustard.
- Gluten-Free Cheese Pizza – Topped with our house red sauce and our blend of mozzarella & provolone. Perfection!
- Gluten-Free Pepperoni Pizza – CLASSIC! Our delicious heritage wheat crust with house red sauce & cheese topped with plenty of pepperoni. Adored by kids and adults alike.
- Gluten Free Sausage Pizza – Start with the perfect cheese pizza and add our house-made sausage, which is an epic combination of pork, soppressata, garlic, onion, fennel seed and a whole lot of love!
- Gluten-Free Margherita Pizza – This is our take on the Margherita, with thinly shaved slices of fresh garlic, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella and parmesan. Topped with toasted black pepper and olive oil.
- Gluten-Free Olive Oyl Pizza – Yes, this pizza is named after Popeye’s beloved. The Olive Oyl begins with pesto and ends with ricotta. In between, you will find artichokes, roasted mushrooms and green olives. Divine!
- Gluten-Free Double Pepperoni Pizza – Chef Peter’s favorite! If you like pepperoni pizza you’ll love this pie, with garlic oil and multiple layers of cheese and pepperoni. It is built to have all the yumminess of the pepperoni flavor infuse itself into the crust as it cooks in the oven.
- Pizzas ship frozen with dry ice
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
- Upon arrival, remove pizzas from packaging and place immediately in the freezer
- Remove instructions and toppings and place toppings in the refrigerator
- Toppings can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 months
- Pizzas can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months
To Serve
- Preheat your oven to 425ºF
- Remove par-baked pizza from packaging and get pretty excited
- Place pizza directly on the oven rack closest to the heating element
- Bake for 8-10 minutes from frozen, or for 5 minutes if thawed
- Watch the cheese…it should melt, but not burn
- Remove pizza from the oven and get really excited
- Allow pizza to rest a few minutes (Everyone needs a rest)
- Cut pizza into triangles
- Add any included toppings after baking
- Enjoy!
