RedFarm opened in NYC’s West Village in 2011 by Hong Kong dim sum master Chef Joe Ng and the late Chinese food expert Ed Schoenfeld, serving modern and inventive Chinese food with a greenmarket sensibility. Since then, RedFarm has become renowned as one of the city’s finest and most stylish Chinese restaurants. In 2014, RedFarm opened Decoy in the space below RedFarm on Hudson St., which is now world renowned for its signature Peking duck feasts. - Lamb Dumpling: Chef Joe Ng’s dumpling and dim sum creations are world-renowned for their flavor and presentation. Our Pan-Fried Lamb Dumplings feature hand-chopped leg of lamb in a crescent-shaped dumpling.
- Five Flavor Chicken: These semicircular dumplings have a beautifully textured filling that is flavored with Chinese Five Spice and Sichuan peppercorn.
- Shrimp Shu Mai Dumplings: An elegant take on the classic Shu Mai, where the pork and shrimp filling is topped with an individual whole shrimp.
- Shrimp & Truffle Dumplings: Using black truffle to flavor modern Cantonese cuisine adds a contemporary touch, and a flavor like you’ve never had before.
- Sichuan Chicken Dumplings: These homemade dumplings are filled with chicken thigh, watercress, and black mushrooms. They’re unique and delicious!
