Growing up in Brooklyn, Ralphie Grotto spent many a memorable afternoon making traditional Italian rice balls, called arancini, with his grandfather. After being featured on CNBC’s “Restaurant Startup” in 2016, Ralphie’s Rice Balls took off, receiving plenty of media attention and popping up at fairs and feasts across the region. Ralphie puts new-school twists on this old-world snack, using only 100-percent natural ingredients in his lineup of rice balls.

- Rice Balls will last for 3 hours at room temperature, 7 days in the fridge, or 4 months frozen
To Serve
Rice Balls
- Remove from freezer
- Allow desired amount of Rice Balls to thaw for 2 hours
- Preheat oven to 450-500 F
- Bake Riceballs for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 F
Dessert Rice Balls – Add On
- Thaw rice balls for 3-4 hours on the counter.
- Preheat oven to 500°F.
- Place rice balls on a baking sheet and heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
