Pizzeria Bianco
"Perhaps The Best Pizza in America" - The New York Times
No conversation about the best pizza in America is complete without a mention of Chris Bianco and his incredible pizzeria in Phoenix. He started making pies in the corner of a neighborhood grocery back in 1988, and by the time he won a James Beard Award for his efforts in 2003 he’d already spawned a generation of pizza makers who followed his example by using high-quality ingredients and a wood-burning oven to turn out impeccable artisanal pies. Pizzeria Bianco was a finalist for the 2020 James Beard Award for Outstanding Restaurant.
Pizzeria Bianco remains a mecca for pizza lovers everywhere, and these pizzas really do need to be seen (or tasted) to be believed. Luckily for you, they’re now shipping right to your door.
"When I opened Pizzeria Bianco Back in 1988 if you told me we would one day you would be able to get our pizza frozen and shipped around the country I would have at best laughed it off. Well I’m not laughing now. Due to this situation the world has found itself in, we needed to find better ways to feed people and stay safely connected. When the good people at Goldbelly reached out offering solutions to bring our pizza direct from our wood burning oven, with all the customer needing to do is finish in a home oven minimizing any compromise of quality or best intention, our team went to work. We are honored to be in your homes and look forward to being in your belly... with a little help from Goldbelly." - Chris Bianco
