This package serves 2-3 people and includes
- 2 Crab Cakes (15 oz. Total)
- Parmesan Topping (2 oz.)
- Lemon Garlic Butter (4 oz.)
- Choose to add on more Garlic Bread (8 oz.)
- Garlic Bread serves 4 people
- Crab Cakes ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or the freezer for up to 3 months.
To Serve
Crab Cake
- Thaw crab cakes completely under refrigeration.
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Remove crab cakes from packaging, and reshape if needed.
- Brush a baking tray with oil or vegetable spray.
- Place crab cakes on the baking tray and top with Parmesan-breadcrumb topping.
- Place in a preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature is 145°.
- Begin lemon butter heating instructions and hold warm.
- Once crab cakes are heated through, use a spatula to transfer to a plate.
- Ladle foamy lemon garlic butter over crab cakes and garnish with chopped parsley.
Lemon Garlic Butter
- Place lemon garlic butter in a small saucepan or pot.
- Place over medium-high heat and bring to a simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Butter should be melted entirely and have a foamy consistency.
Garlic Bread – Add On
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Loosen foil around garlic bread loaf but do not completely unwrap.
- Place foil-wrapped loaf in a preheated 375° F oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- After 10-12 minutes, carefully remove the loaf from the oven and unwrap the foil. Garlic bread should be hot, cheese melted, and golden brown.
- For more toasted and well-done, place back into the oven on foil, but uncovered, for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
