This classic Greek feast features Niko Niko’s signature specialties — spanakopites and tiropites, classic gyros with imported pita and all the traditional accompaniments, a selection of authentic Greek dips, including their award-winning Hummus, Tzatziki, Tirokafteri (spicy feta dip), and Melitzanosalata (Eggplant dip), and, of course, baklava for a sweet finish to a memorable meal.
Dimitrios Fetokakis runs Niko Niko’s, a popular Houston, Texas, restaurant founded by his parents Eleni and Chris in 1977. Everything from moussaka to spanakopita to baklava is made with recipes that have been passed down from the Athens restaurant run by Eleni’s father. Niko Niko’s has been featured on Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives and the Houston Press called the Greek-American restaurant “Houston’s Best Family-Owned Restaurant.”
This package serves 6-8 people and includes:
- Choice of Traditional Gyro Meat (beef & lamb) or Chicken (1.5 lbs)
- 8 oz. Hummus (traditional)
- 8 Mini Pita (5" each)
- 6 Spanakopites
- 6 Tiropites
- 1 pt. Tzatziki Sauce
- 1 pt. Onions & Parsley
- 1 whole Tomato
- 8 oz. Tirokafteri
- 8 oz. Melitzanosalata

- Immediately place in the fridge for up to 5 days do not freeze
To Serve
Gyro Kit
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- Place Gyro meat on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes
- Build your Ultimate Gyro with the toppings provided
Spanakopites + Tiropites
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
- Remove from container and place on baking sheet
- Place in oven.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until Golden.
