Some restrictions applyMy Pi Pizza ships its famous Chicago Deep Dish Pizza nationwide on Goldbelly! Not your average deep-dish Chicago pizza, each My Pi 12" pizza is much larger than what the competitors typically ship, and they make every pizza to order! My Pi’s deep-dish dough recipe was developed by owner Rich Aronson’s father, a fourth-generation baker whose family came to the US from Bialystok, Belarus, in 1905. Made fresh daily and timed so the third “proofing” of the dough is in the oven, it has a wonderfully fresh yeast taste and a crispness that magically remains tender to the bite. My Pie’s sauce is equally special. it’s got a bright tomato taste and a touch of sweetness.
No knife or fork is needed to indulge in My Pi Pizza’s Chicago-style deep dish pizza. Opened in 1971 by a fourth-generation baker who spent years perfecting the recipe, My Pi Pizza is famous for its triple-proofed crust, tomato sauce made with vine-ripened San Marzano tomatoes, and up to four kinds of Wisconsin cheese. Today, My Pi Pizza is run by Rich Aronson, who carries on his father’s tradition of making some of the best pizza in Chicago.
