Not eligible for shipping to CanadaThere’s nothing like Montreal Smoked Meat. While similar to a NYC pastrami or even somewhat a Texas style brisket, nobody is producing meat like our neighbors to the north. This half brisket is the pure smoked goodness with nothing but the meat.
This package only includes house cured and smoked Montreal Smoked Meat- a 4.5-5 lb half brisket, unsliced. It does not come with any anything else; no rye bread, pickles or mustard.
Choose between a FULL CUT which is both the lean and fattier portion or the LEAN CUT which is only the less fatty portion. While you might think less fat is the no brainer choice, the marbling (aka fat) is what gives brisket its flavor.
