To make this signature pulled pork sandwich, pork butt is marinated with vinegar and peppers before being smoked over hickory hardwood coals for almost 22 hours. It’s then hand-pulled, piled onto a soft bun, and topped with briny dill pickle slices, vinegar-based slaw, and award-winning Sweet n’ Spicy Barbecue Sauce!

This package serves 8 people and includes everything you need to make 8 Pulled Pork Sandwiches

  • Hickory-Smoked Pulled Pork (3 lbs.)
  • 8 Buns (16 oz. Total)
  • Dill Pickles (4 oz.)
  • Homemade Vinegar Slaw (12 oz.)
  • 2 bottles Sweet n’ Spicy Barbecue Sauce (each 16 oz.)
  • Sandwich Kit ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit
  • Upon arrival, place all contents of the sandwich kit (with the exception of the buns) into the refrigerator.
  • Reheat pork from a refrigerated state, and keep all condiments refrigerated prior to use.

To Serve

Pulled Meat

  • Reheat pulled meat directly in bag provided in low boiling water for approx. 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove bag from water with tongs and cut bag to pour out contents. Caution: pork, and pork juices will be hot!

Build Sandwich

  • Add up to 6 oz of pulled pork onto the bottom bun and top with refrigerated vinegar slaw and dill pickles.
  • If desired, add barbecue sauce to taste.
  • Enjoy!
