At Knipschildt’s chocolate shop, his handmade chocolates and truffles start with the highest-quality chocolate he can source. From there, he incorporates some surprising ingredients, like tangerine and ancho chile, green peppercorn, pumpkin, elderflower and even fresh Italian truffles.
