Founded by Harry Rosen in 1950, Junior’s is a world-renowned Brooklyn landmark and one of New York’s best Jewish delis. Junior’s is still run by the Rosen family and continues to serve Jewish deli classics from the same spot over 70 years later using recipes perfected by Harry.
This package serves 4-6 people and includes:
- 4 Steak Burgers (each 10 oz.)
- 4 Jumbo Hot Dogs (each 0.5 lbs.)
- 2 racks BBQ Ribs
- 4 Hero Rolls
- 4 Burger Buns
- 1/2 pint BBQ Sauce
- Choose to add on more!

- Each mini cheesecake serves 1 person, weighs 1.5 oz, and measures 1.5″ × 1.5″

- Junior’s Brooklyn Blend (12 oz.) – Junior’s Brooklyn Blend is an exclusive blend for Juniors and has been brewed and served at Junior’s Restaurants since 1950. A medium roast,100% Arabica coffee that has a well-balanced body and flavor, making it a great everyday coffee!
- Items ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Meat may be kept refrigerated for 5 days or frozen for up to 1 month.
- Rolls and buns may be kept at room temperature for 1 day or frozen for up to 1 month.
- BBQ Sauce may be kept at room temperature until opened, refrigerate after opening.
To Serve
Burgers
- Defrost burgers in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to grilling.
- Preheat grill on medium-high heat.
- Season burgers with kosher salt & pepper.
- Place burgers on the grill, flipping after several minutes, and continue to cook until desired doneness.
- For rare burgers, cook for 4 minutes total (125°F).
- For medium-rare burgers, cook for 5 minutes total (135°F).
- For medium burgers, cook for 6 to 7 minutes total (145°F).
- For well-done burgers, cook for 8 to 9 minutes total (160 °F).
- Enjoy!
Hot Dogs
- Defrost hot dogs in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to grilling.
- Preheat grill on medium-high heat.
- Score the hot dogs 3-4 times on either side.
- Place hot dogs on the grill until heated through and lightly charred for about 7-10 minutes.
- Enjoy!
Ribs & BBQ Sauce
- Defrost ribs in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to grilling.
- Start by warming ribs on a metal pan in either oven or grill.
- Prior to placing ribs in the oven or preheated grill, brush both sides with BBQ sauce.
- On the grill, place ribs bone-side down until lightly charred and heated through, approximately 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Apply more BBQ sauce after cooking if desired.
