Iannelli's Bakery

Tomato pie is one of Philadelphia's most beloved local specialties, and South Philly’s Iannelli’s Bakery has been serving up some of the city’s finest since 1910. Iannelli’s was founded by current owner Vincent Iannelli’s grandparents, and the East Passyunk Ave. location – and that tomato pie recipe – haven’t changed since day one. With a light crust that tastes like homemade bread and a thick layer of “gravy” (AKA tomato sauce) on top, Iannelli’s brick oven tomato pie is a true taste of Philly history.

Vincent began working at the bakery when he was nine years old and while the legendary shop is only open 15 days each year, Vincent is now shipping his family’s iconic tomato pie and cannolis straight to your door!
