These oysters are only sourced locally from the Gulf of Mexico in an effort to support the local seafood economy.

This package serves 8-10 people and includes:

- 1 Whole Chicken (deboned) stuffed with Pork & Pepperjack Sausage, wrapped in Bacon (4 lbs.)
- 8 Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers with Pork & Pepper Jack Sausage, wrapped in Bacon (2 lbs. total)
- 2 Chicken Diablo Kabobs (5 pieces per skewer, 10 pieces total)

To Serve
Oysters
- Preheat grill or oven.
- Remove oysters from packaging.
- Place oysters in their shell directly on the grill or in the oven on a baking sheet.
- Grill or bake for 5-7 minutes until butter is bubbly and oysters are cooked through.

Pepper Jack Chicken Wrap
- Thaw overnight in the fridge.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook chicken for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Remove poppers from package.
- Cook for 35-45 minutes depending on the oven.

- Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat grill to 375°F.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
