For each Goldbelly kit, free-range, humanely-raised chicken is brined, hand-breaded and fried to perfection.   • Kit ships frozen with dry ice.
  • Dry ice may dissipate in transit, chicken may thaw.
  • Upon arrival, immediately remove packaged chicken from the insulated sleeve and place in the freezer.

  • Use dip sauce and finishing sauces within 4 weeks for best results.
  • Use frozen chicken within 4 weeks for best results.
  • Upon arrival, immediately place cobbler crust in freezer for up to 4 weeks.

  • Set-up a sheet tray or roasting pan with a wire or roasting rack
  • Remove chicken pieces from packaging and place them on the rack. Leave on your countertop for 1 hour to temper
  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Bake chicken for 1 hour
  • Increase temperature to 400F and cook for 15 – 20 minutes more to crisp
  • That’s it! You’re all set to combine with your favorite white bread and crispy kosher pickles!
  • Enjoy!

Mild

  • Cook from Frozen
  • Set-up a sheet tray or roasting pan with a wire or roasting rack
  • Remove chicken pieces from packaging and place them on the rack. Leave on your countertop for 1 hour to temper
  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Bake chicken for 1 hour
  • Increase temperature to 400F and cook for 15 – 20 minutes more to crisp
  • While chicken is cooking, get the hot dip ready
  • Knead the pouch of dip sauce and break-up any separated dry rub
  • Next, open the pouch and transfer to a microwave-safe container
  • Whisk and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until hot. Be careful!
  • Once the chicken and dip are hot and ready, it’s time to wrap-up!
  • Give the dip one more good stir and drizzle lightly over the chicken

  • In a pitcher or other container, combine Hattie B’s Blood Mary Mix and up to 1 Liter of vodka.
  • Dip the rim of your glass into the wet rim dip, then the dry rim spice & fill with ice.
  • Pour your finished mix over ice and garnish with celery, olives, pickles, etc.
  • Enjoy!

Pain Killer

  • In a pitcher or other container, combine Hattie B’s Pain Killer Mix and up to 1 liter of spiced rum.
  • Shake it, mix it, or blend it well & fill a cup or glass with ice (we love chewables).
  • Pour your finished mix over ice & top with ground nutmeg.
  • Enjoy!

Shack Water

  • In a pitcher or other container, combine Hattie B’s Shack Water Mix and up to 1 liter of dry gin.
  • Shake it, mix it, or blend it well & fill a cup or glass with ice (we love chewable.)
  • Pour your finished mix over ice to fill the glass halfway. Top with sparkling water.
