- Pasta Kit ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Store pasta in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer the pasta to an airtight container or reseal it tightly to keep it fresh.
- Store cheese in the refrigerator, wrapped in wax paper or parchment paper, then placed in an airtight container to retain freshness and prevent drying out.
- Store olive oil in a cool, dark place, away from heat and light.
- Store organic capers in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Once opened, keep them sealed tightly to prevent moisture.
