Highly delicate and perishable, these mulberries are frozen immediately after harvest. Due to their high sugar content, mulberries don’t clump or freeze solid like other frozen fruits, so you can enjoy each berry on its own. Farmer Al Courchesne has been growing organic farm-to-table fruit and making baked goods at the 280-acre Frog Hollow Farm in Brentwood, California, since 1976.
