White buttercream is used for the layers, and the buttercream is tinted in shades of red/pink for the rosettes. The bottom layer is strawberry flavored and the top two layers are made with white cake.

- Each cake measures 8" and weighs approx. 4.5 lbs.
- Cakes ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Store cake in the freezer for up to 45 days or in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
To Serve
- Thaw cake in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Bring cake to room temperature 1 hour prior to serving.
