It’s then finished off with Duck & Waffle’s renowned mustard-maple syrup, which is kicked up with a hint of cinnamon and thyme. The end result is a heavenly medley of flavors that’s perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or an indulgent late-night delight!

The world-famous Duck & Waffle was born as a signature dish at Miami’s famed Sugarcane, and it really took flight after its upscale namesake restaurant opened on the 40th floor of one of London’s tallest buildings in 2012. Since then, more than one million have been sold, and the unforgettable Duck & Waffle, with its winning combination of sweet, salty, and savory, has become an international culinary icon.

To Serve

Duck

  • Preheat oven to 350 ̊ F.
  • Remove duck leg from wrap with tongs and place on a sheet pan in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until warmed throughout.

Signature Mustard-Maple Syrup

  • Bring to room temperature, or if you prefer a warmer syrup (like we do) transfer to a heat-able vessel and warm in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Donʼt forget to give an enthusiastic shake or spoon-stir to get those mustard seeds movinʼ before serving.

Waffle

  • Remove from plastic and heat in the oven for 3 minutes at 350 ̊ F.

Duck Egg

  • Grab a frying pan or home flat top and coat with non-stick, olive oil or butter (your choice).
  • Fry each duck egg over medium heat for approx 2-3 minutes. Ensure the whites have set and that beautiful orange yolk is sunny-side and oozy.

To Assemble

  • Begin by plating your waffle, next comes your duck leg, and on the very top – your fried duck egg.
  • Then, drizzle the signature mustard-maple syrup over your Duck & Waffle tower (to your heartʼs content).
  • Now, take a deep breath in through your nose and enjoy all of that mouthwatering aroma.
  • At last, it is time to duck dive into deliciousness…Let your fork take flight!
