Gramercy Tavern’s Kielbasas are handcrafted beef and pork sausages, smoked at a low temperature over a mix of applewood and hickory wood chips. Grill the kielbasa over a medium wood-burning fire or finish them in a pan in the oven, and serve alongside shaved Brussels sprouts, mustard jus, and olive oil crushed potatoes!

  • 6 links Smoked Kielbasa (each 8 oz.)
  • Shaved Brussels Sprouts (approx. 12 oz.)
  • Spice Mix (0.28 oz.)
  • Grain Mustard Jus (4 oz.)
  • Olive Oil Crushed Potatoes (23 oz.)

Smoked Kielbasa

  • Each Kielbasa link measures approximately 6.75″ × 1.5″
  • Each Kielbasa link serves 1 person
  • Kielbasa is pre-cooked
  • Ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit
  • Kielbasa are pre-cooked, smoked and frozen
  • Keilbasa can be frozen upon arrival or placed in a refrigerator to thaw overnight. All other components should be stored under refrigeration until they are ready to be used

To Serve

Kielbasa

  • Simply defrost, or grill and roast for 15 minutes at 350 degrees, or until warm in the center.

Brussels Sprouts

  • On a medium heat saute pan, add about 20g of canola oil (or any neutral flavored cooking oil) to coat the bottom of the pan.
  • Add Brussels sprouts on to the pan, cooking and stirring while keeping the color green for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Once wilted, season Brussels Sprouts with the bag of spiced salt.
  • Enjoy!

Mustard Jus – Sauce Pot

  • Spoon out the jus from its container and place is in a small sauce pot.
  • Heat up for about 1-2 minutes or until the temperature reaches 165F or until the jus comes to a simmer and hot.

Mustard Jus – Microwave

  • Spoon out the jus from its container into a microwave safe bowl.
  • Heat up for about 30 seconds, stir then heat up for 1 more minute, or until the temperature reaches 165F, or until the jus comes to a simmer and hot.

Olive Oil Whipped Fingerlings – Microwave*

  • Spoon out the potatoes from containers into a microwave safe bowl.
  • Heat up for about 1:30-2 minutes, stir and heat up for about 1-1:30 minutes more, until the internal temperature of the potatoes registers at 165F or thoroughly hot and steaming.

Olive Oil Whipped Fingerlings – Oven

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Spoon out the potatoes from containers into a loaf pan or a small baking dish with 2” sides, and spread them out evenly.
  • Cover with foil and heat for 10 minutes, stir thoroughly, cover and then another 10 minutes in the oven or until the internal temperature of potatoes reaches 165F or until the potatoes are hot and steaming.
