Each Chef Daniel’s Signature Burger Kit For 4 includes:
- 4 Burger Patties (each 8 oz.)

- 2 Regular Buns
- 2 Black Pepper Buns
- 1 jar Dijon Mustard (1.2 oz.)
- 8 slices Raclette Cheese (4.2 oz. Total)
- Arugula (1.25 oz.)
- Pork Belly (6.25 oz.)
- Tomato Compote (4 oz.)
- Chef Daniel’s French Burger Kit ships frozen with ice packs.
- Chef Daniel’s French Burger Kit may thaw in transit and arrive cold.
- Upon arrival, place everything in the refrigerator.
- May be kept refrigerated after cooking for up to 2 days.
Cooking Instructions
Burgers
- Remove the burgers from the package, place each burger flat onto a sheet pan, and set them on your table for 1 hour to bring them to room temperature.
- Season both sides of the burgers with salt and pepper.
- Grill, or sear in a hot cast iron pan for 2 minutes on each side.
- Flip the burgers and immediately add 2 slices of cheese on top.
- Finish at 375℉ in the oven for 3-10 minutes or until you reach your preferred temperature.
- Serve and enjoy!
Pork Belly
- Heat oil in pan and sear over medium-high heat, 2 min on each side or until crisp.
- To assemble, toast your buns on a skillet with oil. Add Dijon mustard on the bottom bun and place the burger patty on top, then top it off with the pork belly and the arugula. Finally, spread the tomato compote on the top bun.
- Serve and enjoy!
