Chef Tim Love is one of Texas’ most beloved chefs and culinary ambassadors, and he’s the chef/owner of renowned restaurants including Lonesome Dove Bistro, Woodshed Smokehouse, and Love Shack, all of which have locations across the state. Along with running more than a dozen restaurants, he also hosts CNBC’s Restaurant Startup, has appeared on countless TV shows (including beating Morimoto on “Iron Chef”), is a regular presence at major food festivals, and is a committed philanthropist.
