Celli's Chocolate Chips

After a successful career on Wall Street and years spent raising four children, Gina Celli decided to get into the cookie business, setting up shop near the heart of Colonial Williamsburg to sell some of America’s best chocolate chip cookies. Gina has been perfecting her cookie recipe for more than 20 years, and since opening in 2019 they’ve already attracted legions of fans. With her husband Anthony and daughter Kacie on board, it’s a true family business.

Celli doesn’t cut any corners in her cookie recipes; she makes all of her cookies in small batches using high-end, organic ingredients like triple-milled French flour, Madagascar vanilla beans, super-premium chocolate and European butter (not to mention a whole lot of love). One bite and you’ll be hooked!
