A family-owned business founded by husband-and-wife Samuel Branch and Lisa Lloyd-Branch in 2017, Branch Patty crafts Jamaican patties, by hand, in small batches, using only the finest natural ingredients & responsibly-sourced meats. Samuel is a Barbadian professional chef who fell in love with patties while growing up in Flatbush, Brooklyn. After painstakingly developing the recipes he began selling patties at Brooklyn flea markets, to heaps of praise. When the pandemic shut the markets down, Samuel and Lisa began selling them directly to Brooklyn’s Caribbean community, and local word of mouth has made the business a smash hit.

- Each patty measures 5.25″ × 3.5″ and weighs 4 oz.
- Patties ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Store patties in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Baked patties should be consumed within 3 days after baking.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Remove packaging. Place patties flat on a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Bake patties for 25-30 minutes. Patties are finished when the top and bottom are golden brown with no translucent areas.
- Allow to rest for 5 mins and enjoy!
