Appalachia Cookie Company founder David Holloman may be new to the baking scene, but since launching his cookie company during his senior year at Appalachia State University, he's gone on to create what Paula Deen deemed one of the Top Ten Cookies in the country. His Blueberry White Chocolate Oatmeal Cookie wowed Paula, but it was his Ron Swanson and Cheesecake cookie varieties that won us over after the first bite. Baking each cookie by hand with only the finest ingredients he can get his hands on, it's easy to see why the Appalachia Cookie Co has created fans from coast to coast.
