Grand Master Ice Cream Maker Andia Xouris knew nothing about how to make ice cream when her husband, George, suggested they open an ice cream shop back in 2011. All she knew is if they were going to do it, she’d have to master the craft. That’s why she traveled around the world, studying under some of the best ice cream chefs in the industry. Over a decade later, Andia’s Ice Cream has 3 company-owned shops in the Raleigh area with a vision to grow the brand throughout the Southeast, and it’s been recognized time and time again for their super-premium ice cream, winning national awards like Best Ice Cream in the U.S. and Best Milkshakes in the Country from USA Today and Good Morning America, respectively.
Andia's signature Monster Shakes started out as a fun monthly special and have grown into an icon that people drive hours to try.
