This package serves 2-4 people and includes
- Sliced Corned Beef (2 lbs.)
- 4 wedges of Cabbage
- 1 bottle of Brine (16 oz.)
- Corned beef ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Remaining items ship fresh with ice packs.
- Upon arrival, store corned beef in the refrigerator for up to 1 day or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
- Upon arrival, store cabbage in the refrigerator got up to 3 days.
To Serve
Corned Beef
- Pour brine from bottle into a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil.
- Remove corned beef from bag and drop into boiling brine (the cold meat will drop temperature of the brine).
- Bring brine back up to a boil and cook corned beef for approx. 1-2 minutes or until warm.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Cabbage
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove cabbages from bag and place in a baking dish.
- Pour juices over the cabbage and bake covered for approx. 30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
