New-School Twists on Old-World Arancini
Growing up in Brooklyn, Ralphie Grotto spent many a memorable afternoon making traditional Italian rice balls, called arancini, with his grandfather. After being featured on CNBC’s “Restaurant Startup” in 2016, Ralphie’s Rice Balls took off, receiving plenty of media attention and popping up at fairs and feasts across the region.
Ralphie is putting a new-school twist on this old-world snack, using only 100-percent natural ingredients in his lineup of rice balls. From classic arancini filled with a meat sauce recipe that’s been passed down for three generations to cheeseburger and Buffalo chicken rice balls that would make nonna blush, these rice balls are downright addictive!
