Pop Pasta
Home of The Original Spaghetti Donut
We bet you’ve never seen anything like this! Ever thought you’d be able to eat pasta on the go, with one hand? Meet the Pop Pasta Spaghetti Donut! Conceived by architect Luigi Fiorentino as a cross between the traditional Neapolitan “spaghetti pie” (in which leftover spaghetti is combined with eggs and cheese, fried, and cut into wedges) and the classic American donut, the Spaghetti Donut was introduced at Brooklyn’s Smorgasburg market in 2017 and became an immediate sensation.
The Spaghetti Donut is no gimmick: It starts with perfectly al dente spaghetti, combined with cheeses and traditional scratch-made pasta sauces before being carefully formed into a donut shape and baked. The end result is a mashup for the ages: a handheld ring-shaped spaghetti snack, and it’s shipping nationwide!
