Locally raised, grass-fed, and antibiotic-free beef is seasoned and then smoked. The result? This package serves 20 – 24 people and includes:

To Serve
Brisket
- Thaw before cooking.
- Remove meat from shipping wrapper and wrap with foil.
- Preheat oven to 250° F.
- Bake foil-wrapped brisket for approximately 60 minutes.
- Remove from foil and place back into the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
- Check meat temperature every 15 minutes until it reaches 160° F.
- Enjoy!
Ribs
- Thaw before cooking
- Remove meat from shipping wrapper and wrap with foil.
- Preheat oven to 250° F.
- Bake foil-wrapped ribs for approximately 30 minutes.
- Remove from foil and continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 160° F.
- For “wet” style ribs, brush sauce on ribs after removing them from foil and cook at 275° F for 15 minutes.

Sausage
- Thaw before cooking.
- Remove sausage from shipping wrapper and wrap with foil.
- Preheat oven to 250° F.
- Bake foil-wrapped sausage for 30 minutes.
- Remove from foil and until temperature reaches 160° F.
- Enjoy!
Add on Creamed Corn
- Thaw before cooking.
- Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
- Stir, and microwave for another 2 minutes.
- Enjoy!
Add on Green Beans
- Thaw before cooking.
- Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
