This dumpling is our Number 1 best seller on our Dim Sum Menu, we normally hand pinch tens of
thousands of these a week. Our Har Gow dumplings are made of shrimp and wrapped with a translucent rice flour skin. Each Har Gow should have 7-11 pleats, with 8 being a perfect number, that represents good luck and prosperity in our culture.

This package includes your choice of 24, 36, or 44 Har Gow Shrimp Dumplings
- 24 dumplings serves 3-4 people
- Each Dumpling measures 1.5"x 2" and weighs approximately 1.5 oz
- 3 packets of Soy Sauce and Hot Chili (each 0.2 oz)
- This package ships frozen with dry ice
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
- Put all items in freezer until ready to cook. Dumplings can be left in freezer for up to 3 months.
To Serve
- In a pan or wok, boil 2 inches of water, place a rack above the water (an inverted, heat resistant cup or bowl in the pan will also do)
- Place the steaming paper in the dim sum steamer
- Put the dumplings in the steamer, with space left between them
- Once the water is boiled, put the steamer in, and cover it with a lid
- Steam for approximately 7-9 minutes, until the skin is translucent
- Carefully remove and enjoy!
