International Wings Factory

At New York’s International Wings Factory, which opened on the Upper East Side in 2012, they’re frying up fresh, all-natural, unbreaded chicken wings until crispy and tossing them with a wide variety of housemade globally-inspired sauces, running the gamut from Black Pepper Teriyaki to Vietnamese Chile Mango. International Wings Factory was founded by India-born Deepak Ballaney, who fell in love with global flavors at Taj luxury hotels before moving to America to study at the Culinary Institute of America. The International Wings Factory is the culmination of Deepak’s American Dream, and now his mouthwatering wings are shipping nationwide!
