Our zesty and robust clam sauce is one of THE most famous recipes on the menu at Iggy’s Boardwalk: Lobster and Clam Bar! It comes in your choice of white or red. Here’s a hint when deciding: the red is a mixture of our white clam sauce and house marinara (oh yum!). This versatile sauce can be tossed over your favorite pasta, used as a clam sauce pizza, or just used to steam in some clams or your favorite seafood for a homemade Cioppino – don’t worry we won’t tell anyone you’re using our sauce!
