A family-owned business founded by husband-and-wife Samuel Branch and Lisa Lloyd-Branch in 2017, Branch Patty crafts Jamaican patties, by hand, in small batches, using only the finest natural ingredients & responsibly-sourced meats. Samuel is a Barbadian professional chef who fell in love with patties while growing up in Flatbush, Brooklyn. After painstakingly developing the recipes he began selling patties at Brooklyn flea markets, to heaps of praise. When the pandemic shut the markets down, Samuel and Lisa began selling them directly to Brooklyn’s Caribbean community, and local word of mouth has made the business a smash hit.
These patties truly are spectacular: They’re made with top-quality ingredients, in flavors including classic beef, curry chicken, BBQ jerk chicken, curry squash, seasonal greens, sweet potato lentil, and Beyond Beef with cheese, and each has its own flavored flaky crust.
